Brent Crosby

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

Ann Royal was founded by Brent Crosby in 2015. He leads the company’s strategy, fundraising, and capital deployment across each project. Brent holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics and is currently a Master of Legal Studies candidate at Cornell Law School. He is a former Goldman Sachs analyst and angel investor, and has partnered on more than $25 million in real estate projects. His portfolio includes over 1 million square feet of commercial property across self-storage, student housing, and RV parks.

 

Katie Crosby

FOUNDER & PARTNER

Katie Crosby leads the company’s social media presence, helps shape the brand’s public image, and contributes to the thoughtful redesign of spaces. She brings creativity, consistency, and a strong sense of style to projects that help the company present itself well and create a better experience for customers. Katie holds both bachelor and masters degrees in education and has previously worked as both a elementary teacher and administrator.

Mike Jones

PARTNER

As both an engineer and real estate investor Mike brings an analytical eye to everything he does. Mike holds engineering degrees from the University of Utah and has invested across various types of real estate.

 

Dylan Kidd

ADVISOR

Dylan is a commercial broker and real estate investor specializing in RV parks. Dylan is the founder of Campfire Capital Group which owns multiple RV parks. Dylan hold a degree from Bluefield University where he played football and was voted team captain.
